We are an "A" (Engineer) and "B" (Building) state license construction company.  We review all the Plans, providing our experience to the drawings, making sure it is easy to build, a "Cost-Effective Buildability Solution."

If you have an existing set of plans or need us to create plans, S.G.C. reviews your current conditions (Garage, Empty Space, Area Inside Your Home, etc.), and our team focuses on an Easy, Cost-Effective way to build your project.  We offer Competitive Prices and Savings by having an In-House Crew, Equipment, and a Cloud-Based Office.  The licensed contractor is always on the job, establishing solutions to all construction. Ben (G.C.) has experience in conception, real estate acquisition, land development, civil engineering, and building from the ground-up.

Our Designs and Plans are created in 2D and 3D, showing every design aspect for you to view. We aim to create a Cost-Effective, Structural Engineered, Real-World project to ensure you can build efficiently with cost-conscious budgeting. We can provide you with Plans Only or the Entire Project from Start to Finish. If you already have plans, we can look them over.

S.G.C.'s Payment Schedule is designed to accommodate what has been completed, not what is to be completed, and we provide a comprehensive estimate showing you what we will deliver. We also provide a civil and utility plan at no extra cost.

 

S.G.C.'s primary responsibility is Protecting Your Current Home as one of the Valuables you own. We focus on many factors that assist when responsibility is given with your permission for S.G.C. to be a part of what you have built (Your Home) and what you propose to develop. A Contractor must ensure that your pursuit to build an A.D.U., Addition, or Interior Remodel is managed with great responsibility governing all Trades, Money Handling, Paperwork, and Building Liabilities. We consider your family's living conditions and standards and your commitment to your neighbors. We offer excellent transparency via Web Pages, Gantt Charts, Worksheets, Video Cameras, and more. S.G.C. is a team, not a one-person operation, offering surities and backups to complete your job.

All work is fully licensed, and we have many certifications accompanying our professionals. In addition, the In-House Crews and Subcontractors we present are highly accomplished in their respective trades. We follow Jobsite Safety, Timely Construction, Quality Workmanship, and pass inspections.
